participate

Participating in the DILEMMA study is very simple: create an account on our online platform and enroll in the "DILEMMAstudy participant course". Once enrolled you will find a set of instructions on how to complete the DILEMMA study questionnaire - please read them carefully. Following that there are three questionnaires we will need you to complete: "your information", "DILEMMAstudy case vignettes" and "Feedback". Once all three of them have been completed and we have your results, we will send you a certificate of participation to the DILEMMAstudy and your contribution will be recognised in form of Acknowledgment in any peer reviewed publication generated as a result of this initiative (see our authorship policy for more details). Every participant will receive a breakdown of their results including decision making consistency index and most relevant factors affecting decision making according to Judgement Analysis methodology!

recruit

Do you want to join the DILEMMA study group? Start recruiting in your institution! If you want to recruit your colleagues in this study please contact us at recruit@dilemmastudy.org. In order to join the group and be awarded collaborative authorship in any peer reviewed publication you will need to register the DILEMMA study at your institution as a quality improvement project. For each institution involved in the DILEMMAstudy activities we will accept up to six Recruiters in one of the following combinations:

The departments of Surgery, Anaesthetic and Intensive Care in the same institution should participate together, however they don't have to, provided that the minimum number of participants per participating department is recruited. The top recruiting team will be offered full authorship in any manuscript where the data they generated is used! Please read carefully our authorship policy to find out more!
